- Honest limits: an NPI is a registry record. It is not proof of licensure, employment, patient access, or appointment availability.
- Corrections: report a reproducibility or display issue through our corrections process.
Citation and reuse
Praxis MD original analyses are available under CC BY 4.0 unless a release says otherwise. Cite the named study and link to its permanent page so readers can verify the methodology. Source datasets remain subject to their publishers' terms.
