Praxis MD is built on a small, public set of authoritative healthcare data sources. We do not enrich, scrape, or merge with any other dataset on the public site.

Primary data

• NPPES (National Plan and Provider Enumeration System) — every provider record, every taxonomy, every license, every address. CMS data dissemination →

What we don't use

• Provider review or rating data.
• Personal contact info beyond the NPPES public fields.
• Payer claims data, prescribing data, or any non-public source.
• Scraped data from other directories.
